Why are the moderators refusing to recognize Fazio when he wants to rebut some of the ridiculousness coming out of King Ned. You can see Fazio raising his hand and you can see the moderators ignoring him. What gives? @ryanfazio @WTNH
Fazio v. King Ned has been set up not to allow too much back-and-forth between the candidates, but the voters need that back & forth. Nonetheless Fazio was running circles around King Ned, although glad to see that Ned showed up this time with a tie. @ryanfazio
Finally. King Ned puts on a tie to respect the voters who are watching. Refuse to do it at the last debate was embarrassed into it by @ryanfazio

1) You ask the Qs. He doesn’t.
2) When he asks you a Q, ignore him. Ask your Q again.
3) When he says, “That’s not the Q, the Q is” ignore him. Ask your Q again.
4) When he doesn’t answer, ask him why he refuses to answer.

The real question is what spending cuts did this group put forward to reduce their property taxes that they are so concerned about. Or is all they want is to spend, spend, spend and have someone else pay for it. Ridiculous.
@CTComptroller Was anyone in the room to tell the citizen committee that using tolls and the STF requires state and federal changes to pay for property tax? No way should anyone trust the state to make every town whole, been there before.

Ryan Fazio is currently wiping the floor with Ned Lamont in the CT governor’s debate. Ned looks visibly shook and unable to answer anything thrown at him on Eversource, crime, affordability and sky high taxes.
🚨BREAKING @ryanfazio is the clear winner of the gubernatorial debate. Fazio was in command of the facts and was clearly fighting for the average citizen. King Ned floundered, lacked facts and just blamed Trump for his own failings. Time for a change. Vote Fazio.
