Big time game today!!! Let’s go Utes!!! 🏈🫡❤️

NIL is allowing athletes to give back while they’re still in college. As a parent and agent, I see their generous hearts firsthand. But the question is often the same…HOW?! THE PATHWAY MATTERS. 🗣️ High school programs, start BEFORE graduation. Share your needs, stay connected and make helping simple. These athletes already have a lot on their plates at 17, 18 and 19! ➡️ Shoes, equipment, a team meal….small gifts make a difference too. The younger athletes benefiting shared their hallways, gyms and fields. Seeing someone they know give back can start a chain reaction. They’ve already left their names in the record books. Give them a path to build a different kind of legacy. ❤️ If there are any HS programs looking for help on this, hit me up!!! Here to ensure we continue to move the needle in a positive way! 🫶🏽 #OnceATiger 🐯

🚨The portal opens later. The conversations that shape it start NOW… Football coaches…player check-ins are critical right now. ⭐️ Does your player understand his role and how to earn more snaps? ⭐️ Does he feel connected to the staff? ⭐️ Are financial commitments being met? ⭐️ Are homesickness, academics, or his degree path becoming concerns? ⭐️ Have you asked how he feels about his future there? Don’t assume a quiet player is a CONTENT player. 🏈Athletes…initiate these conversations too. The staff may be moving in a different direction. Get clarity now so you have time to evaluate your options. 🙋🏽‍♂️Fans…support these athletes and their families without adding negativity. Today’s world is loud enough. There’s usually more to a decision than what you see publicly, and your support carries more weight than you realize. #growthegame
