I had the wonderful opportunity to visit Patriot Homes this afternoon. I listened and talked to the residents, most of them are veterans, about quality of life issues and neighborhood services. We also discussed services and programs for veterans and military families! – at Boston, MA
This morning, I met w/ Dean Karimbux of @TuftsDental in Chinatown. Tufts Dental plays an important role in our economy while also serving as a great neighbor & community partner. Their work helps strengthen Chinatown & expand access to dental education & care!

I coordinated today’s public safety meeting with Senator Nick Collins, to discuss the 2027 Evacuation Day Parade. We heard updates from city, state and federal officials, including community partners and SB residents. This parade celebrates our veterans and military families. – at Boston, MA
Thank you to the Boston Police and Back Bay residents and community partners for sponsoring tonight’s community walk in the park. We discussed quality of life issues, public safety challenges, community policing and basic city services. Boston works best when we work together!
Before the City of Boston explores congestion pricing (adding another tax), we must address our increased spending. During these challenging economic times, it's critical for the city to be fiscally responsible, fiscally disciplined, accountable and transparent.

I filed a resolution to recognize lung cancer awareness month. Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths among U.S. Veterans, with Black veterans facing higher risks as well. #bospoli
Our city retirees deserve a retirement that provides a fair & dignified standard of living after years of public service. I filed a hearing order to discuss increasing the COLA base for retirees. I remain committed to advocating for our retirees, they built our city! #bospoli
Most veterans enrolled in VA Health do not receive dental benefits. Coverage is limited to veterans w/ 100% service-connected disability, former prisoners of war, or those w/ service-connected dental injury. Dental care is important our health & wellness. It should be expanded!
