If you’re paid to remove waste, should your waste carrier number have to be displayed on the vehicle—just like a taxi licence?
It wouldn’t stop every fly-tipper, but it would make legitimate operators easier to identify and suspicious vans harder to hide.

Yes, land, water & air decline. The UK does not have an effective government-led response to litter pollution with accountability. Different approaches & interpretations across authorities are not helping. Over-reliance on volunteers. Businesses not protecting the environment.
