Last night I was sitting at a bar in Austin, Texas with a close friend, watching the demon-inspired Halloween hysteria.
Women dressed like absolute rubbish. Grown men acting like children.
Then a man walks in. Early sixties, acting like an idiot. He's got a young blonde with him.
He's dressed, what I presume to be a sugar daddy. Cringy blazer covered in hundred dollar bills.
She's in a cheap gold dress, holding a little shovel.
You know this was her idea… the cuck moron.
He's tipsy, slobbering, throws his arm around me, as he knows I’m looking at him and laughs.
"She's a gold digger! She's a gold digger!”
I looked at him and literally said the first thing that popped into my mind.
"She's digging your grave."
Dude froze. I realized myself that was sharp.
Bro stared right at me.
"Holy shit bro. You're right."
I laughed and said, no shit I’m right, that’s why I said it.
The more spiraled..

He kept saying it. Over and over.
Yeah man, I know, now go away. Nobody wants your energy around anymore.
One line this man went from total exuberance to straight pain.
He let me see it in his eyes. Years of it. The divorce. The kids. The life he left behind. And the life she's taking from him.
Within 5 minutes he took her and left.
I don't think she liked what she heard from him that night.
I don't know why God put this man in front of me on Halloween. But there was something I was meant to say to him, and I said it.
I pray he got the slap of reality he needed, and I hope even more so, someone is waking up hungover who has been lusting, and learns to stop lust.
