She did it for poverty? Danielle Smith is the only premier in Canada stealing the federal Canadian Disability Benefit from disabled citizens in poverty! The lies she tells. 😡 #Yeg #Yyc #AbPoli #AbLeg #CdnPoli
She did it for global poverty! "He and I had a bond over the fact that we believe we should be reducing global poverty at the same time as we're reducing global emissions and making sure we have energy security," ⁦Danielle Smith⁩. #ableg #UCP thestar.com/news/canada/albe…

The hardest pill i had to swallow this year was realizing that you can feel completely alone, be at your lowest, and the world will still keep moving. People will move on. Life will go on. And somehow, you’ll have to find the strength to stand back up. Because at the end of the day, the only person who can truly save you is yourself.

Here we go: Fraud, breach of trust and money laundering inside the GOA! Those are the criminal offences now confirmed to be under investigation by the RCMP in connection with procurement practices at Alberta Health and AHS. This isn’t speculation. It’s in writing, from a Crown prosecutor, in a letter filed with the Alberta courts. For nearly two years, the UCP government has tried to distract and avoid accountability but they can’t hide forever. I raised concerns about these contracting practices, and Albertans deserve answers. The government can continue to deflect and deny, but it cannot avoid a criminal investigation. Accountability will come calling. #ableg #abpoli #cdnpoli #ucp #alberta #rcmp #accountability

Actually, NOBODY likes you when you're depressed. Plain and simple. We can talk all day about MENTAL HEALTH and how important it is but the moment you are depressed, people really start to distance themselves. They see you as NEGATIVE, a BURDEN, and someone too HEAVY to handle.

For the first time in two decades, Canada’s First Ministers and First Nations leadership are meeting. Our focus is clear: what we can build and deliver together. Major infrastructure. More homes. Better health care. Safer communities. Better preparation for emergencies. Building a stronger, fairer, and more inclusive Canada for all.

A lot of "mental health issues" disappear when bills are paid, rent is secure, and the fridge is full. Peace is expensive. And pretending money doesn't affect mental health is privilege.

Danielle Smith can say all the words she wants but separatists will continue to threaten her party and our government if they are in power. No one likes instability but small-c conservatives are particularly repelled by it. 12 months and counting. #abpoli

Greg MacEachern on Danielle Smith: "It's kind of shameful how expensive it was in order for her to run a referendum to decide whether or not she has the power and strength to say to separatists, 'Get out of my party.'"

If Danielle Smith says she's done with sovereignty referendums, should she drop her appeal on a court decision to throw out separatist referendum petition? Siksika chief Sam Crowfoot says such a move would also be a positive step in repairing what he sees as a damaged relationship between FN and the UCP.
"I'd like to take her at her word"-Chief Sam Crowfoot says he won't trust Premier Smith until she drops her appeal of the First Nations' May referendum court victory. He says Canada's future can't be discussed without First Nations at the table. LISTEN: traffic.megaphone.fm/CORU498…
