@HelloFreshCA Really disappointed. I ordered ONE box as a gift for someone else and tried to cancel, but I was still charged $154 for another box I did not want.
I contacted customer service and was basically told there was nothing they could do. $154 is a lot of money for an unwanted order, especially after trying to cancel.
Can someone at HelloFresh Canada please look into this and make it right? I am hearing this is a common issue.
I prefer to keep our conversation public. I have also raised this on my other platforms. I am finding out this is a common issue. I am hearing the website is purposely confusing and not user friendly. I would appreciate a manager to chime in as I ordered this once with a gift card as a gift to someone and have now been charged another $154 for a box I didn’t order or want. I would like a refund.
