Canada has seen significant benefits as productions look beyond California and other U.S. markets, bringing jobs and investment north of the border. “They're seeing a real drop in the numbers in California, in production, in full-time jobs in the industry. And where are the jobs going? They're going to Canada. They're going to other places in the world.” With competition for productions becoming increasingly global, Alberta’s tax credits, skilled workforce, infrastructure, and other advantages continue to play an important role in attracting investment and jobs to the province.
