Hey educator, why would you wait for your evaluator of record to inform you of your effectiveness when your "mirror" will always provide you with immediate, accurate, meaningful and constructive feedback? Sustained self-reflection and self-assessment will never lead you astray.

We cannot worry about and/or control the things that happens at home. We can only control the time we have with the babies- creating the most enriching learning environment & mitigate, as best we can, home life factors.

Thanks for your transparency and honesty just like always. We must know God will open some doors and some He will lead us to and want us to turn the knob or knock it down. Whichever it is, He still deserves the glory.

A ton of folks reach out to me daily who aspire to become professional speakers. I gave them an update on Facebook that I thought I would share with my Twitter friends as well (attached).

God didn't bless me to be the smartest person in ANY room. I therefore developed an unrelenting work ethic so that I could keep up with all the smart people of the world...let that one marinate for a moment. #ImTalkingToSomeone #UseYourGifts #FindYourPassion #NoTimeForEnvy
