Tolly V3 is now source available.
TOLLY Labs has published the contracts powering its Arc launchpad, trade routing, permanent launch LP custody and fee routing/recycling mechanics.
The repository includes the Solidity source, compiler configuration, deployment manifest and saved verification evidence needed to independently compile the contracts and compare the resulting bytecode with what is deployed onchain.
The saved verification run returned MATCH for all 14 listed contracts using two RPC providers.
Core TOLLY Labs components including Forge, the routers, FeeLocker, HolderVault and Treasury are released under Business Source License 1.1.
Production use of those protected sources is restricted until 3 September 2028, when they convert to GPL-2.0 or later.
Other files retain their stated GPL or MIT terms.
The license does not prevent integrations with the official contracts already deployed on Arc.
Inspect the source. Verify the bytecode.

Most people still don't grasp how early we are in this cycle.
$CASHCAT went from a few million to $200M+ in weeks. $HMM is still sitting under $15M.
Sometimes you just have to sit in the main runners and wait, it takes balls to DCA or hold onto them because they're usually already up a lot.
But those are usually the ones that pay off the most.

Now trust me when I say $HMM (the leading coin on PONS) following to $100M+ is just as big of a no brainer.
For as much noise as we've heard about other launchpads on Robinhood Chain over the last several weeks, $PONS has managed to maintain a dominant market share.
