The memecoin market in the next five years: our thesis #Memecoins were born as infrastructure. @dogecoin , in 2013, ran on its own blockchain. What followed was community, and then speculation: millions of launches traded for a single day while infrastructure captured the fees. Our thesis is that, in five years, this market will be seven times larger than it is today. And that growth will not come from more speculation, but from a narrative shift: the platforms that let memes build infrastructure will become the sector's priority. What does that mean in practice? Tools to create a meme without technical friction, across multiple chains; terminals to track and measure it with real data; and revenue-sharing models that return value to those who create and to those who sustain liquidity and activity. Extractive infrastructure has already shown its limit: fees concentrate on the platform, buybacks fail to support price, and the holder does not participate in the value they generate. Enabling infrastructure, by contrast, turns every meme into a project with tools, and every community into a stakeholder in its own growth.
