I spend way too much time on social, but it’s made me a better marketer.
You get to see how people actually talk, what they care about, what makes them stop scrolling, and what they immediately call bullshit on.
I’ve learned a lot from other marketers sharing their work. but just as much from reading comments, following niche communities, and watching an idea take off for reasons the brand probably didn’t plan.
It’s changed how i write, how i research, and how i think about the person on the other side of a campaign.
At some point, my screen time became professional development. At least that’s what i’m telling myself.
people need to stop telling me "stop trying to control the situation"
if i knew how to do that i would have done it by now
no one tells you that the crashout is made 1000x worse if you don't book a trip and run away from your feelings
