@TeamYouTube I am requesting a HUMAN REVIEW and escalation regarding the YouTube channel @replaydepartment who I believe is repeatedly abusing YouTubeโs copyright takedown system.
I have already spoken with YouTube Help Chat specifically about this creator and the ongoing copyright issues, yet the pattern has continued.
This is not about one disputed takedown. I am documenting what I believe is a PATTERN of false and/or improper copyright claims against many different creators content.
I have documentation including:
โข Takedown notices
โข Counter-notifications
โข Original-source evidence
โข Communications with YouTube
โข Evidence showing the repeated pattern
YouTubeโs own policies prohibit abuse of the copyright removal process. I am asking @TeamYouTube to review the HISTORY of that channel claims togetherโnot simply evaluate each takedown in isolation.
Creators should not be able to weaponize YouTubeโs copyright system against other creators.
Please escalate this for human review.
