With impeccable timing we had pollock last night. The reason was cos after buying it on Mondays auction it was still left at the end Saturdays trading.I do try & flog alternatives but the customer can buy whatever they wish.I certainly recommend the ‘colin’ for another day tho👨🏻‍🍳 – at Healing, England
