Presentation Summary: @StamperNamibia CEO Grayson Andersen on Which of Its Four Namibian Licences Could Attract a Partner First $STMP.v $STMGF Posted on behalf of Stamper Oil & Gas Corp. - Presenting this morning at @EmergingGrowthC 97, CEO Grayson Andersen walked through Stamper Oil & Gas' offshore Namibia position: five blocks covering four petroleum exploration licences in the Orange, Walvis and Lüderitz Basins, none operated by Stamper. ⭐️How The Portfolio Is Built ⭐️ ➡️One working interest and three carries: 32.9% indirect working interest in PEL 107 (Orange), carried interests in PEL 106 and PEL 98 (Walvis) and PEL 102 (Lüderitz) ➡️[3:29] "on carried interests, you don't require additional capital" ➡️[4:43] "with a portfolio of four PELs, we have multiple shots on target, which de-risks the exploration opportunity from an investor's perspective" ⭐️Deep Water Versus Shallow Water⭐️ PEL 107 and PEL 106 are the deepwater blocks he says should ultimately sit with supermajor partners. PEL 98 and PEL 102 are shallow water, where he put well costs at US$20 to US$30 million, opening up a much larger inventory of potential partners. ⭐️Which Licence Could Move First⭐️ ✅[27:23] "PEL 106 right now is the one that has the most technical information on it", plus an approved environmental impact assessment for more 3D seismic ✅Seismic in early 2027 could lead to drilling in late 2027 or early 2028 ✅On PEL 102, operator NAMCOR has a farm-out process in place that Stamper intends to progress in the coming months ⭐️What Is Drilling Around Them⭐️ Stamper has no interest in the licences below; however, these could be impactful catalysts for the region that could indirectly impact Stamper's value. ➡️Chevron's Nabba-1X on PEL 90, next to PEL 107, with the Stena Forth en route down the African coast ➡️Shell's two-well campaign with the Stena DrillMAX: a Merlin-1X appraisal plus an exploration well ➡️TotalEnergies appraisal and potential exploration drilling on Mopane with the Tungsten Explorer ➡️Chevron's first Walvis Basin exploration well in a decade, on PEL 82, expected 2027, next door to PEL 106 Andersen also argued the Walvis may ultimately prove more prospective than the Orange for light oil, and called Stamper's valuation "absurdly low from our perspective" [10:22]. For a sense of what the industry has paid for Walvis acreage, Sintana paid US$6.5 million for an indirect 35% of PEL 37, which sits in the Walvis Basin next to PEL 82. Those peers hold broader and more advanced portfolios, and progress depends on farm-outs and licence approvals. With three rigs going to work around the acreage this season and PEL 106 the licence he says is best placed to attract a partner, the next few months could matter.
