The Mayor of London sat down with Channel 4 News Home Affairs Correspondent Symeon Brown to discuss whether the UK would enforce the ICC arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Sadiq Khan said that “those accused of genocide must face justice” and that he would lobby the Prime Minister to ensure “the law is enforced” if Netanyahu were ever to visit London. He added: “People who commit genocide are not welcome in London.”

Domestic abuse impacts over 800,000 children. This is a sobering fact we must confront head on.
Teaching children about respectful relationships will help to address this harm, alongside investment for services so no child is forced to face abuse alone.

Here we have someone "debating" the supreme court decision apparently
without even understanding that according to the ruling a trans man is legally a woman and should use women's toilets.
"Trans women should of course still continue to use women's bathrooms... I do not police people in public toilets."
@DawnButlerBrent sets out the practicalities around the Supreme Court ruling that the definition of a 'woman' is a 'biological woman'.

Women are unsafe on a daily basis - statistically due to men they already know. Want to make women safer?
Change rape laws, fund refuges properly, end femicide, address misogyny in boys and men, improve healthcare.
Taking aim at trans women does nothing to make women safer.

Our statement on the Supreme Court's decision.
We will have more to say in due course.

ALT The Supreme Court’s decision is hugely disappointing, and a result of ceaseless lobbying from a well-funded anti-trans network with links to the global far right. We will continue to fight against all attempts to strip trans people of their rights, and will use all levers within the Labour Party to make trans voices heard. Labour must not follow the example of Donald Trump, and must instead protect the Equality Act - one of Labour’s proudest pieces of legislation - and its legal protections for trans people. The Labour Party must stand firmly behind the LGBT+ community. We stand in absolute solidarity with the trans community across the UK. Our community is strong, and we will get through this.

There is no stereotype of a rapist. They’re the men we know.
And they’re a product of the deeply misogynistic society that lets them get away with it.
