I asked for a permit to ride and I was told this didn't exist anymore. Is that the case?
The ticket office says it was like this yesterday. Why hasn't a fix been put in place for people who use watton at stone station? I have missed my meetings now as I didn't have a way of buying a ticket.
What is with this poor customer service? Can you encourage your staff to speak and be polite and maybe show id. If I was alone on the train as a female I would have been quite intimidated and afraid.

So what do I do to get to watton. Is there a ticket acceptance in place
I just want to add my thanks to my lab members, colleagues and funders for the support since setting up my lab in 2020 :)
Just back from annual leave to see that I have been promoted to Senior Lecturer :) @blizard_inst
