Bitcoin Summer on @neutron_org is almost here and it’s shaping up to be the biggest yield season yet. wBTC is already live on Mars, Duality, and Astroport with ~$450k in liquidity seeded ahead of launch. Meanwhile, maxBTC just wrapped a 50-day private beta that quietly generated 5–10% APY without points or token incentives, powered by a strategy running for over 230 days. On top of that, Tabcoin, a Bitcoin-inspired mining token, has gone live, and Supervaults in beta drove record trading volume on Duality, proving their firepower before the campaign begins. Here’s what’s next: ⇥ maxBTC launches day one, letting you mint directly and provide liquidity through Supervaults right away. ⇥ Rewards will run in two-month phases with allocations set upfront, so depositors know exactly what they’re playing for. ⇥ While $BTC basis trading won’t be live yet, looping maxBTC will be, meaning you can lever up your $BTC yield as much as 10x. ⇥ Most vaults will have no deposit caps (except two maxBTC ones), and the lineup covers a range of assets, yields, and risk levels. No wBTC migration is needed, the system’s ready. More details on $NTRN rewards and a deep dive into maxBTC’s first strategy will be next. Vaults officially open in early September.
