It is important to try and tackle stress before it hits by making sure you are ahead of problems before they arise, but in times when you have no control whatsoever there is a lot of things you can do to release that tension while it’s there.

I just witnessed a lady come to garden city in a black V8 Land cruiser. She did a perfect reverse parking, got out & walked to a harrier 20 meters away, entered & drove off. Everyday I’m reminded, we have different problems!🥲 Apparently the harrier is her “downtown car” 🥲
