I usually don't go on podcasts but this is a fun one to share. youtu.be/Ok5rEt5lVdw?si=QjbQ… It tells the inside story of how our family snack company @EnjoyCODITOS (Crunchy Macaronis®️) came to be and where it's headed... From my mother-in-law's Cuban roots, to her "coditos parties" in Miami, and the family's dream to make it into one of America's favorite emerging brands. "America's favorite comfort food, now crunchy!"

Proud to be an investor in Coditos (@EnjoyCODITOS). Rodolfo and team are bringing a traditionally Cuban treat to the masses and crushing it. It's my favorite investor report to get because there is nothing but positive news every time

It started in a Miami garden with a tray of elbow macaroni drying in the sun. Rodolfo Saccoman tasted a Cuban scarcity-era snack and saw a business hiding in plain sight, cheap inputs, simple process, and America’s comfort food reimagined. Now Coditos is hitting store shelves, and he is quietly building something else that feels very South Florida: an alligator alarm system. refreshmiami.com/news/from-t… #RefreshMiami #MiamiTech @EnjoyCODITOS
