Noted! Do lawyers offer pro bono services at all times and to all clients? I guess not. It depends on specific situations that individuals may be in and the circumstances. That's how we, too, operate.
It's negotiable, not fixed. We even offer free services to some depending on their approach and circumstances
Preparations for Aptitude tests do not necessarily have to undertaken by qualified lawyers or something. But we have trainers in our ranks who have passed them. We also prepare others for URA interviews but we're not tax collectors. We do mature age aptitude preparations but...
It's an aptitude test with 5 sections that are teachable for the most part. What do you mean by testing integrity?
We encourage our trainers to invest a lot of their time and resources researching and producing material that's essential and relevant to the program. No one else in Uganda does.
