Chapter Seven of Season One of the Magnific Original Series The Chronicles of Bone is HERE! This is only the first 15 minutes of the Episode - to see the WHOLE episode, see the comment section! 😎
Today is also a very special day, because The Chronicles of Bone officially turns ONE YEAR OLD! 🥳
I still remember pitching The Chronicles of Bone to studios and potential partners, only to hear the same response: “I don’t get it.” But I believed in this world, so I stopped waiting for permission and started bringing it to life myself.
Then came Ángela and the incredible team at @magnific They saw the vision, believed in me, and took a chance on this crazy idea. And just like that, The Chronicles of Bone became a Magnific Original Series.
One year later, we’re averaging millions of views per episode, and my YouTube channel has grown from 18,000 subscribers to over 1.4 MILLION! It’s honestly surreal.
But the greatest part isn’t the numbers. It’s knowing that something I dreamed up has connected with so many people around the world.
To Magnific and every single one of you who watched, commented, shared, and believed in this story when so many didn’t: THANK YOU. I’ll never have the words to express what your support means to me.
One year ago, The Chronicles of Bone was just a dream. Today, it’s a world we all share. And we’re only getting started!
Created entirely with the tools inside Magnific - Chapter Seven
Stranded on Dead Man’s Bay in the aftermath of the Battle of the Bay, Hook and Anne find themselves with no ship, no crew, and no way off the island. Desperate for escape, Hook devises one final gamble: a journey to the neighboring Cannibal’s Cove, ruled by the ruthless and unpredictable Mad Pirate King Crowe. Meanwhile, in Highlorn, Varek reunites with his loyal Shadow Knight and sets a deadly plan into motion to eliminate the notorious outlaw Robin Hood and his crew once and for all.

I made a web app on the science of black holes: what they are, how big they get, how they bend light and slow time, and how we found them. Each lesson redoes a real study, from Michell in 1783 to the first photo in 2019, and ends with a quiz.

ANNOUNCING TODAY: GRIMES IN 'GODS DON'T GIVE GIFTS'
GRIMES has 4 billion views & streams, now she's in the first AI film in theatres.
Gods is the Toy Story moment for AI film - it resets the medium - that's why we're running it for Best Animated Feature Oscar.
Meet Gemini Omni 1.2 Flash ⚡️
We’ve made the model more cost-effective, bumped the video generation and editing limit up to 15 seconds, and made updates to how scenes hold together over time. We've also given character speech an upgrade, reduced visual glitches like jump cuts, and made sure the model stays even truer to any reference assets you upload.
So… what does all of that actually mean for you?
It gives you more room to tell your story. With up to 15 seconds to work with, you have more flexibility to create what you need — videos look more cinematic and smooth, offering stronger consistency that keeps objects anchored from start to finish. And when characters speak, the dialogue sounds more fluid and natural.
Creators and everyday users can start directing scenes and multi-turn edits in @FlowbyGoogle, generating 15-second clips at no additional cost in Google Vids, or creating 15-second videos in the @GeminiApp. Plus, for developers and businesses building with the API, we've dropped the price by 30% from the previous generation, making it available at just $0.07 per second for 720p video.
Watch the model in action as it turns a single style frame into a 4-shot, 15-second macro science explainer of a living beehive ↓
You can't call this AI slop anymore.

Thrilled to share new work from our experimental biology lab at @AnthropicAI. Led by world-class biochemist Januka Athukoralage, we built a rapid method for the isolation and structural characterization of vaults. It turns out these massive structures are not just found in eukaryotic cells, but also in prokaryotes and even phages. We solve the structure of one of these phage vaults, and then demonstrate we can engineer additional repeats into the wall to make it bigger.
One thing I can't get over about these vaults. They seem to be widespread across life - we assembled them from 8 different bacteria and bacteriophages. But they are just so massive - bigger than ribosomes, AAV, and even some phage capsids. Why devote so much energy to making these huge complexes? They have to be doing something useful - I hope that's the question that gets answered next.
Amazing collaboration with @PeterHYoon, @amirshanehsaz, @eric_kabrams, and @mgdurrant! Grateful to our team for making Claude an amazing labmate and to Anthropic for supporting this type of work on fundamental biology.
Natural mysteries abound - let's get to solving them!

What do vault particles do? Scientists have been asking this for 40 years. Our biology team at Anthropic set out to tackle this long-standing open question in cell biology, working with Claude.
We haven't uncovered their biological function yet, but we've found something new: vault proteins in prokaryotes that assemble into complexes that are larger than human vaults. And we show that we can engineer their shapes to produce even larger nanocapsules!
The mystery of vaults goes deeper than anyone knew...

Very grateful to have such fantastic coauthors who made this research project possible, including Januka Athukoralage, @ntperry13, @PeterHYoon, @ekabrams, and @amirshanehsaz. A big thank you to Dr. Leonard Rome, who discovered vaults in 1986, for providing feedback on the technical report. Thank you to @FutureHouseSF for supporting me as a research fellow when I first started learning about vaults. And, of course, grateful to my many @AnthropicAI teammates that work tirelessly to make Claude the best model for biology!

Exclusive: Artificial intelligence has tackled a mystery that has flummoxed cell biologists for decades.
Today, Anthropic reports its key #AI model, Claude, has helped unearth new clues about vaults—strange, barrellike structures, found by the thousands in animal and plant cells, that still have no known function despite scores of studies.
In a blog post and related preprint, Anthropic describes how its small team of in-house biologists, guided by Claude, produced the first direct evidence that bacteria, viruses, and perhaps other simple microbes also make the odd structures.

We’re sharing how our biology research team worked with Claude to map the first 3D structure of a vault particle from bacterial life.
Vault particles are a longstanding mystery. They are barrel-shaped objects, among the largest protein structures found in our cells. They were first discovered by Leonard Rome and Nancy Kedersha in 1986, but their function remains unknown.
With Claude, we’ve found results that might bring us closer to solving that mystery.
Until now, vaults were only known in the cells of complex things like animals and plants. We have shown that similar proteins from bacteria (and the viruses that infect them) can also assemble into vaults. Finding the structures in these simpler forms of life may make it easier to investigate their function in our own cells.
For our life sciences team, the project was also a demonstration of the potential (and the limitations) of using AI to accelerate science.
In our full piece, we discuss how Claude was able to dramatically speed up some stages—manually determining the vault particle’s structure would have taken weeks to months of painstaking work, but here it took days. We also discuss how Claude made some simple mistakes along the way, and how we collaborated with our machine learning researchers to address them.

Presenting: Planet Hell.
This one is pretty insane.
Finally expanding on my AI Trailer made a few years ago with Veo 3.1, this is the first episode in a new series finally bringing that vision to life.
Planet Hell: One Bullet was created with Seedance 2.5, GPT Image 2 and 2.5, Nano Banana and Midjourney, (and more) and produced on OpenArt.
As always, I'll have a full production breakdown in a few days.
In the meantime, I hope your enjoy your trip to Planet Hell!
