My Debut Life Story - From Dope Dealer to Hope Dealer
Produced and Written by: KingdomWarrior.eth
For the trenches, to bless the trenches.
From Dope Dealer to Hope Dealer
There was a time…
When my bank account was overdrawn every year.
When I hustled the wrong kind of “green” just to get by.
When I chased fast cash in a system designed to keep us stuck.
But deep inside…. I knew there was more.
More than this broken matrix we’re told is “normal.”
More than the path laid out by the elites trying to keep us numb and blind.
God planted a seed in me for freedom, faith, and FIRE
And He never let go.
From the pit to purpose.
From chaos to calling.
From dealing dope to dealing hope.
Shout out to my amazing wife, Felicia Skeldon
11 years of standing by me, praying over me, and dreaming with me.
You saw the promise even when I barely could. I honor you.
I jumped out of airplanes with the TX Army National Guard
Drove Lyft just to provide
Grinded in sales, then discovered digital marketing 📷
Bit by bit God opened doors I never knew existed.
Here’s the real truth no one tells you:
I failed 25 times before anything really worked.
But my last 2 ideas?
Now they’re multi-million dollar kingdom weapons.
Anything is possible when you walk with God…
And change your beliefs to match the identity He already gave you.
You weren’t made to survive.
You were born to build, to create, to lead.
So don’t quit.
Don’t bow to fear.
Don’t settle for the simulation.
📷 RISE UP.
📷 LIVE LIMITLESS.
📷 WALK EPIC.

Physics is hard to visualize through static images alone, so I turned my 174 pages of high school physics notes into an interactive website.
It covers mechanics, electricity, and magnetism, breaking down complex concepts into intuitive visualizations, real-world scenarios, and interactive problems.

Wendy's stock fell 65% in two years.
Yesterday the man who has chaired its board since 2008 and the largest franchise operator on earth offered $1.4 billion to take the whole company private.
The people who know it best want all of it. 🧵

Matthew 13:44. A man finds treasure hidden in a field, sells all he has, and buys that field.
He did not buy blind. He knew what was buried there.
The market sees a struggling burger chain. The insiders see the field.
I built Kingdom Broker so owners of $1M-$20M businesses can see what is buried in their own field before a buyer names the price.
The Kingdom is advancing. 👑
5/ The lesson for your business
Your best buyer is almost never a stranger.
It is the competitor across town. The key employee. The supplier who knows your margins.
People pay for what they understand. Strangers discount what they cannot see.
Know your number before someone better informed defines it for you.
4/ The signal
A 65% drop is the market's opinion.
A $1.4 billion bid is the insiders' opinion.
The chairman of 18 years and the operator inside 340 of the restaurants have seen numbers the market never will.
Informed money moves when sentiment is worst.
3/ The why
Their letter to the board said it plainly: "We believe private ownership is the better path."
Patient capital. Time to rebuild the restaurants and the franchise system without a quarterly scoreboard.
The public market stopped giving Wendy's time. The insiders are buying the time back.
2/ The buyers
Nelson Peltz's Trian already owns 16.3%. He has chaired the board since 2008.
Greg Flynn runs the largest franchise operator in the world. His company bought nearly 200 Wendy's out of a bankruptcy in 2021 and now runs more than 340.
BlueFive Capital and Sixth Street round out the group.
These are not tourists.
1/ The offer
$7.35 a share in cash. About a 20% premium to Tuesday's close.
Roughly $1.4 billion for the whole brand.
The board sent it to an independent committee. The stock jumped about 15% on the news.
A Houston company that makes welding and pipe fabrication tools just sold for $472 million.
Not AI. Not software. Welding tools.
The buyer paid 10.6x EBITDA. Here is why boring businesses win. 🧵

ALT Kingdom Broker graphic on a dark ink background with a red tag reading THE PATTERN. Headline: A Texas welding tools company just sold for $472 million. Support line: Enerpac closed the deal this morning at 10.6x EBITDA. Boring wins again. Three stats: $472M purchase price, $44M adjusted EBITDA, 10.6x the multiple paid.
Gladstone did not get lucky this morning.
They spent seven years building something a buyer could not ignore.
The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance. Proverbs 21:5 was the M&A playbook before M&A existed.

2021: Instacart was worth $39 billion.
2023: It went public at $10 billion.
This week: DoorDash is in talks to buy it for $17 billion.
Same company. Three numbers. One lesson for every owner. 🧵
Nobody ever got the $39 billion. It never existed.
Selling well is stewardship. The parable of the talents was never about holding forever. It was about multiplying at the right time.
