Replying to @iigann2025
@iigann2025 hoping to connect with and learn from anyone with experience in recurrent IgAN after transplant. My son (27, micro-preemie twin, intellectual disability)was diagnosed in 2016. Lost all function very rapidly in 2020. Transplanted with living related donor 2023. (1/2)

Recently learned IgAN recurred. Allosure went from 1 to 6.4. BP less controlled, nearly stable labs (small changes from baseline). Biopsy tomorrow. Suspect rejection. Team wants to treat w/Filspari. Anyone have any experience/insight? Experts in field?

The transplant journey begins with 1 person – the organ donor. For #DonateLifeMonth, watch and share our video about this lifesaving process from the perspective of the generous donor and their courageous family. @DonateLife #DonateLife #TransplantTwitter youtube.com/watch?v=gOGDlasU…
This is Isaiah. Before kidney disease robbed him of playing softball in Special Olympics- his favorite sport. He needs a kidney. Please consider donation or sharing his story. #shareyourspare stvincent.donorscreen.org/re…

Call out to my #RealCollege peers- anyone willing to share graphics or language used to inform students of potential #SNAP eligibility with the new guidelines? Thanks!
In the meantime, I would like to plea to you all to consider both blood and organ donation. If you need more information please dm me. My son will not survive without these things. Please keep us in your prayer, and send all the good vibes our way. ❤️
We have spent much of the past 6 months in and out of the hospital. I’ve had to put my education on hold. Although I’m still working on some of my practicum, it’s only through my employment. I’ve had to put graduation off - likely not until December, maybe even May of next year
I’ve not been super active on here recently, but I feel I should update those who are interested in my journey towards my MSW. In September, my son became suddenly very ill (not covid related)We have since found out that he needs a kidney transplant.
I’m working on a short guide to managing finals for my first-year students who are in program which supports foster youth backgrounds. Aside from the typical study tips- what would you include my #RealCollege friends?

I don’t tweet very often- as grad school, work, and family take most of my time. Today, I have a special request. My twins turn 23 on Monday, August 10th. They were born weighing in at only 1 lb 12 oz, and have amazed me every day since. Andrew is (1/3)
