Watched the first episode of this documentary about Sudan, and it broke my heart. It’s hard to believe these horrors happened just a few years ago, not decades ago. So much pain the world barely knows about. Malik is doing such important work making sure these stories are documented.

A Learjet 60 private jet, en route from Texas to the Bahamas, crashed near Palm Beach this afternoon. The aircraft was in a steep dive at the time of the crash, descending at more than 30k feet per minute.

Went for blood work, and the nurse kept poking my arm down to my hand like she was testing dough! No blood came out. I asked her to stop, but she insisted on “one last try” like it was a game! Never experienced this before. Usually, one try is enough!
