It seems that the Binance hacker accidentally copied the token contract and is sending all subsequent tokens to it, instead of sending them to his new wallet.

He continues: it's already over $3 million. Perhaps if the admin didn't execute the contract and instead transferred the contract rights to a dead address, he'll be able to withdraw all the money from the contract and return it to @binance.
