The resource hasn’t changed - the macro environment has. Our updated NI 43-101 confirms the scale, grades, and tonnes are the same as 2022. What’s different? Value. Post-tax NPV: US$512M → US$1,469.5M. Nearly 3x higher thanks to updated economic assumptions. Price assumptions then vs now: • Gold: US$1,675/oz → US$3,300/oz • Copper: US$3.75/lb → US$4.50/lb Even today, these assumptions remain conservative. Same resource. Stronger market. Very different outcome. High-quality copper & gold projects show their strength when the macro environment moves in their favour.
