26/06/2026: Went to collect it — they'd assembled the WRONG bike for me. Asked for a refund on the spot. Told the store manager needed to approve it and he wasn't in. Was promised a call "tomorrow." No call came. #CustomerService

23/06/2026: Evans Cycles support (via Facebook Messenger) asked for my order number + postcode, then said "48-72 hrs" for a response. I asked for a refund out of frustration, then paused that when the store called saying my bike was finally ready for collection. #EvansCycles

The worst customer service you'll ever come across, they'll do the absolute minimum necessary to stay legal. If within 14 days they must refund the full price and original delivery charge.
