At least five people were shot, one fatally, on Irvington Avenue near Prince Street in Elizabeth, New Jersey, just before 10 p.m. Monday, according to police radio dispatch. Dispatch said officers were searching for a red four-door sedan, reportedly carrying a long gun, that fled west on Morris Avenue.

Breaking: First Assistant US DOJ Attorneys for Washington state, Neil Floyd and Pete Serrano, announce that investigators have found over 400 cases of noncitizens voting in state and federal elections.
The DOJ prosecutors claim that WA state is refusing to cooperate and hand over voter rolls. They believe the number of noncitizens voting is much higher — in the thousands.
