Last but not least... Flexible Homelessness Diversion Funds for Youth.

3rd model...Host Homes. They are short-term arrangements in which individuals that have an available room in their home open it up for a short-term stay for a young person experiencing homelessness.

2nd model up for discussion...Youth Navigator Teams. Youth navigators provide a single point of contact to accompany youth experiencing homelessness through they system, helping them to connect with the supports and services that they need.

1st model up for discussion is youth-specific rapid rehousing! Similar to traditional rapid rehousing but more robust including a longer length of support between 18-36months, wrap around supportive service teams, a safety net system for when a young adult experiences a setback.
