I remember 7th grade, when I had you for Social Studies, and I didn’t really know what to expect but you were so kind even when I was struggling. I didn’t know anyone my first year and you made sure that I was always given the chance to begin making friends with other students. When I found out that I was going to have you as my homeroom teacher and for language arts, I literally screamed with excitement because I didn’t even know you were moving up to 8th grade. I definitely believe my 8th grade year was the year that began to mold me into the person I am today. I came into that class very close-minded because I didn’t know how to understand other people’s perspectives.
