Happy Birthday Chris Harris 🇳🇬 Title Winner with the Falcons and a career those of us in Devon have loved watching

Simon Wigg would have been 60 today. Few had his Star quality, professionalism and natural ability. If you saw him as a Falcon, you instantly loved him. His time in Devon will always be remembered fondly 🇳🇬

I remember that! I have got this from when Graeme Gordon ended up on the centre green, Colin Hill not having much sympathy!!

Few better venues than the County Ground to experience the true speed those bikes generate. Sadly missed 🇳🇬🇳🇬

Middlesbrough 44 - 52 Exeter This 1996 Away League Victory was the first on the road for the Falcons in four years and spanned 74 matches! Ouch. Simon Wigg and Mark Loram leading the way 🇳🇬

Gordon Kennett Arrived at the County Ground as part of the 1993 team that would sadly have it's struggles. A rider who had a fantastic career, including a World final and multiple British Finals. Was a Falcon in an impressive 23rd year of his career

1993 Test Match - County Ground England 52 Sweden 56 Joe Screen breaking the track record, Richard Green making an England debut, a County Ground debut for a lad called Rickardsson and the then World Champion Gary Havelock. Last heat decider as well, some meeting

Alun Rossiter Began a long successful career as part of the Falcon's team of 1982 and 1983, winning the National League KO Cup in the process. Would return in 1996, riding in the much loved team that included Mark Loram and Simon Wigg 🇳🇬

Last Lap LOL The Fantastic Lawrence Hare 🇳🇬
