There is an ancient Akkadian account describing an army of beings that apparently looked so different from humans that a king had to determine what the hell they actually were.
The account is called The Cuthean Legend of Naram Sin, preserved in cuneiform manuscripts dating back roughly 4,000 years.
Naram Sin was a real king of Akkad who ruled around 2250 BCE. But this particular story, written long after his reign, describes something right out there.
An army emerges from the mountains. The beings are described as having bodies resembling partridges and faces resembling ravens.
The text says the great gods created them. Tiamat nursed them and Belet-ili shaped their looks.
Seven brothers commanded them, leading an army said to number 360,000.
They began destroying entire kingdoms.
It then gets fucking strange.
Naram-Sin apparently couldn't determine whether these things were even human.
He sent a soldier to capture or wound one and examine its blood.
His instructions were straightforward.
"If blood comes out, they are human like us."
If it didn't bleed, he believed they could be spirits, demons, or something from the underworld.
The soldier returned and confirmed that they bled.
Think about that for a minute.
An ancient Akkadian account describes a king physically testing an unfamiliar population to determine whether they belonged to humanity.
And whatever these beings were supposed to represent, they were extraordinarily dangerous.
Naram Sin sent 120,000 soldiers against them.
None returned.
He sent another 90,000. Gone.
Then another 60,700.
Again, nobody returned.
Eventually, he captured twelve of these beings and prepared to punish them.
But Ishtar intervened.
She ordered him to spare them, warning that Enlil would raise them up again for evil in the future.
These beings were supposedly created by the gods, capable of destroying entire armies, and deliberately preserved for some future purpose.
The conventional interpretation is that this was legendary literature, possibly influenced by memories of foreign invasions. There is no archaeological evidence confirming an actual army of nonhuman creatures.
But I'm interested in what the ancient writers chose to describe.
Birdlike bodies and ravenlike faces. An unfamiliar population emerging from the mountains with a king questioning whether they were human. A actual physical examination to find out.
Then there is a warning from the gods that these beings would be needed again.
What exactly were the Akkadians imagining when they wrote this?
This is a hell of a strange way to describe an invading force.

This is the Health Secretary saying a NASA scientist, Navy SEALs and Green Berets came to him in Palm Beach during the transition and told him they were under orders to destroy UFOs, recover what was left, and that they had worked out how to call the ships. He did not wave it off. He said the briefings carried on once he was inside, and that a lot of what he has been shown is really, really crazy.
If that group exists, and if they really can call the craft in, the world is tuned in. Show the hand.

Build from lack, and everything becomes something to chase.
Build from gratitude, and suddenly you remember:
I get to be here.
I get to create here.
I get to love here.
I get to experience this wild, sacred human life.
That’s abundance.
Not endlessly acquiring more but becoming so present to what already IS that you create what comes next from fullness instead of lack.
And suddenly, a random rising feels like church.
Not because God finally showed up…
But because you remembered you were never separate from source to begin with.

THE PINEAL GLAND (THIRD EYE)
In the hidden chamber between the two hemispheres of the mind sits a small, pine-shaped organ older than language. The ancients called it the third eye, the single eye, the inner sun.
Modern anatomy names it the pineal gland. Mystics have always known it as the gate.
When the outer eyes close and the restless mind grows still, this gland begins its secret work. It is said to receive frequencies that the physical senses cannot register: the pulse of distant stars, the memory of lives not yet lived, the silent conversation between soul and Source. In the language of symbol it is both the pine cone and the lotus, both the serpent coiled at the base of the spine and the light that crowns the head.
The third eye does not “see” as the world understands seeing. It perceives the architecture behind form — the golden threads that bind matter to spirit, the hidden geometry of synchronicity, the living presence that watches through every pair of eyes. When it stirs, time loosens. The past and future fold into a single luminous now. Dreams become maps. Intuition becomes command.
Yet the gland is also a threshold that must be approached with reverence. Too much light too soon can blind. The work is not to force it open but to become worthy of its opening: through silence, through integrity, through the long alchemy of shadow and devotion. The pineal does not belong to the personality. It belongs to the eternal witness that wears the personality like a garment.
Those who have crossed that inner door speak of a radiance that is neither sun nor moon, a knowing that needs no proof, a love that does not choose. They return quieter, stranger, more themselves than they have ever been.
The third eye is not a power to be seized.
It is a remembrance.
It is the moment the universe looks back at itself through you and smiles.
