Imagine moving to a new protocol without having to rebuild your reputation from zero.
That's the promise of portable onchain reputation.
A wallet already has a history of lending, trading, staking, and governance. The challenge is turning that history into something other applications can actually understand and use.
That's why I'm watching @zerufinance and its zScore approach.
zScore turns longitudinal wallet behaviour into a 0–1000 behavioural trust score. It's already live on explorers like Etherscan, has scored 320M+ wallets, and is being used for incentive filtering, access gating, and early credit underwriting.
If onchain behaviour can establish credibility across ecosystems, reputation becomes more than a rewards metric. It starts influencing access, incentives, and eventually how protocols assess risk.
Your wallet might be more than a place to hold assets. It could become a verifiable record of how you participate in Web3.

However, they can also lead to malicious websites or fake payment pages.
𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
♡ Preview the destination URL before opening it. Look for misspellings or unfamiliar domains.
♡ Inspect physical QR codes for stickers placed over the original.
♡ Verify the recipient and amount in your payment app before confirming a transaction.
♡ Never enter passwords, banking details or wallet recovery phrases on suspicious pages.
♡ Verify login requests and payment instructions through a trusted source before proceeding.

Some might still have access to your data.
Third-party apps often request permission to access account information when you sign in or connect a service.
Reviewing these connections helps you spot unfamiliar apps and revoke unnecessary permissions.
𝐌𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
♡ Review connected apps in your account settings.
♡ Check what each app can access before keeping the connection.
♡ Revoke permissions for apps you no longer use or trust.
♡ Never share your account password directly with a third-party app.
♡ If you spot suspicious activity, revoke the app’s access and review your account security.
𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲’𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤: Audit your connected apps and remove unnecessary permissions.
Remember, revoking access does not automatically delete data an app has already collected.
