Dear SportyBet Customer Support Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the situation I am currently facing. Since yesterday, I have been waiting to hear something meaningful from your team regarding the money I lost, but unfortunately, I have not received any proper response or assistance from you. The only thing I have received so far is an ₦80,000 free bet, but honestly, I want to ask you, what am I supposed to do with ₦80,000 free bet when I lost over ₦6 million yesterday? This situation has completely broken me emotionally, and I am struggling to understand how I am supposed to move forward from here. SportyBet team, please try to understand my situation. The money I lost was not an ordinary amount of money to me. It was money that meant so much, and losing it has put me in a very difficult position. I never expected that things would turn out this way, and right now, I am deeply regretting everything that happened. I have been waiting patiently for your response because I believe that your team can at least listen to my complaint and understand the seriousness of my situation. I am not asking you to ignore me or treat my complaint like it is nothing. I am asking you to please consider what happened and see if there is anything you can do to assist me. Honestly, receiving an ₦80,000 free bet after losing over ₦6 million does not solve the problem I am facing. It does not bring back the money I lost, and it does not change the situation I am currently in. I appreciate the gesture, but I am still left with a very serious financial problem that I do not know how to handle. SportyBet team, please, I need you to take my complaint seriously. I have been waiting to hear from you, and the silence is making everything even more difficult for me. I need a proper response, not just a free bet that cannot help me recover from this situation. I sincerely appeal to your team to review my complaint and consider whether there is any possible assistance, goodwill support, or other resolution available. Please do not just close this matter without giving me a proper explanation. Yesterday was one of the most painful experiences I have ever had, and I am still trying to find a way to deal with it. I feel completely overwhelmed, and I honestly do not know what to do next. The money I lost was more than I could afford to lose, and the consequences are very serious for me. Please, SportyBet team, I am begging you to listen to me and understand the situation I am going through. I need your attention, your understanding, and a proper response to my complaint. I am sincerely asking you to please review this matter again and let me know if there is anything you can do to help me. I do not want my complaint to be ignored, and I do not want to be left without any explanation. Please help me find a way forward. I am deeply regretting what happened, and I wish I could turn back the hands of time. I have learned a very painful lesson from this experience, and I never want to find myself in this kind of situation again. SportyBet team, please, I need to hear from you. Over ₦6 million is not a small amount of money to lose, and I am still struggling to accept what happened yesterday. I sincerely hope that someone from your team will take the time to read this message, understand my situation, and respond to me with compassion and understanding. Thank you for your attention. I am waiting for your response and hoping that you will consider my complaint seriously. Please, SportyBet, I need your help and a proper response. I am deeply distressed by what happened, and I honestly do not know how to move forward right now. @SportyBet @SportyBetNG
