8 tactical tips for entrepreneurs to save time and be more productive:
1) time block email to 2-3 specific windows daily
2) use the voice memos app on your phone to capture ideas between calls
3) set one non-negotiable goal for the day each morning, work on this goal first thing
4) use the 2 minute rule - if something takes less than 2 minutes do it immediately
5) build a swipe file in google drive of everything that works (email subject lines, templates, marketing copy, etc.)
6) schedule a āpower hourā one hour block of time first thing in the morning to knock out the one big daily goal (phone in airplane mode during this time)
7) create an end of day routine to empty all inboxes and set your workspace up for the next day
8) feed every task on your todo list into ai and ask which tasks can be automated with zapier

Last holiday FBM season completely transformed my life for the better.
Tips I can give on a peak season of FBM:
-Do not run out of labels, poly bags or any supplies. Buy extra now. They will get used eventually.
-Pre pack your deep ASINS to be able to stay on 0 day handle time the entire BTS season.
-Pack 10-15 per day right now and have them fully packed by August. Slap a label on them when they sell.
-This allows you time to source DURING the rush, and do store pick ups and squeeze extra wealth not spending all your time packing.
-Bulk print your labels on seller central. Pack one ASIN at a time printing all the labels at once.
-Raise your expedited shipping prices. They will pay.
-Have a spreadsheet of good items that you expect to go up in price. Check it weekly from here until September.
-Utilize USPS free pick ups. No reason to bring them all to the post office yourself.
-Big booty mix on repeat for packing. Volume 14 is š

UNGATING FAQ for 2024
-How do I get ungated in (any big brand)?Ā Order 10 units of an item also listed on Amazon and submit the order confirmation email downloaded as a PDF titled ASIN_Invoice_Date to Amazon. It will typically take a few tries as it is an automated system that declines it.
-Does (any big website) work for ungating? Yes, all big websites work for ungating in 2024. It just might take a few tries.
-I got declined for an ungate, what do I do? Keep submitting! Itās automated system and typically takes a few tries.
-Does ungating one product ungate an entire brand or just that product? The entire brand!
-I got ungated for (any brand) but its still asking me to get ungated in they category, how do I beat that? The exact same process, just go through the ungating process and click apply for (category) and youāll be good.
-Amazon told me they donāt take email receipts, what do I do? While you can always formally ask the website for an invoice, it takes a few tries and there really isnāt a difference. Itās best to not worry about what Amazon says and just keep submitting.
-Amazon told me to stop submitting for a brand cause I applied to many times, what do I do? Luckily they said you can apply again with new infoā¦ So hereās what to do. Gather all the info you made on that purchase (email conf, shipping conf, delivery conf, picture of the products, credit card statement, UPS tracking info) and submit together in one combined PDF to Amazon. Title it and put in the notes āASIN_INVOICE_DATEā
-I want to sell on Amazon but everything is gated, what do I do? Ungating is easy in 2024! Just buy 10 units of an item also listed on Amazon and submit the receipt or invoice customer service sends you titled āASIN_INVOICE_DATEā to Amazon.
