FC Frederick

What a fun week of practices filled with costumes by our girls, especially our @GAcademyLeague @gaaspire teams! 🎃👻 We're wishing everyone a fun and safe weekend!

A key part of weekend away trips for games and tournaments: morning stretches and movement ✅ Featured here are our U13 & U14 GA Aspire teams during a morning workout with Coach Hector earlier this month prepping for games against Real Futbol Club (NJ)! #FCF #FCFrederick

Seeing our players excited to see us at events like Frederick's In the Streets last month always brings us great joy 🫶

In May, Coach Dan Cowell promised his boys that he would keep growing as a coach! This Fall, the team is having a great season and Coach Dan recently earned his C License! Congratulations to all and what a proud moment and commitment as players and coaches 👏

Earlier this month, our 14 BPN1 enjoyed a rare weekend off soccer at Summers Farm 🎃👻🔥 #FCF #FCFrederick

The excitement from these girls to practice on turf the other week = unmatched! We love moments that show all of their growth and joy 🥰

Congratulations to our very own, Sofia Flores (U15 Girls Academy Aspire), who got invited to a tryout for the El Salvador national team program! #FCF #FCFrederick
