Iori Yagami

Ill have to go and read the article to get a better understanding but as far as the idea of Iori being put in COTW, Im not for it personally but if im SNK it would make sense if Im trying to sell. I have been against the idea of putting KOF characters in COTW since before the launch but i understand that at the end of the day they trying to push units/profit and I cant pretend like adding a character like Iori Yagami wouldn't go crazy. Plus folks like Iori, so im not gonna be mad at anyone wanting to see him in the game. SNK as I say time and time again, have unfortunately built this reputation of being the "KOF" company. Fortunately we've had games like Samsho 2019 but again, its been a minute since then when samsho had some spotlight, so im hoping this new ARPG injects some hype into that. The thing that is an unfortunate truth and some folks aint gonna like me saying it, not alot of folks care about Fatal Fury, and even within the SNK community thats true. And thats not say its from a place of malice or hate or anything. Alot of folks didnt get into SNK because of fatal fury, for many it was KOF. Which ever iteration. Because of that, alot of folks are looking forward towards a new KOF over anything else. And even that aside, theres folks that prefer samsho or hell last blade. Fatal Fury is an old IP that hadn't had a new game since 3rd strike. MOTW is older than most of the people that's in the scene today. Could they have done a better job marketing the game to folks? Sure. I dont think anyone would deny things couldve been done better.
