This scene makes the case that Zosia is working for Frankie Cooper stronger. Very few people would know the locations of the Harrigan safe houses and be able to leak them. Harry is the most obvious, but his loyalty makes that almost impossible. Seraphina is another option, yet she was the one who moved the family to her mother’s place in Spain for protection. That leaves Zosia. When Frankie captured her, he told her she worked for him now. What if she passed the safe house locations to Kat after that? It also fits the idea that she’s playing both sides feeding Kat and Frankie what they need while still working with Harry. That would explain why Harry didn’t take Gina and Eddie back to the Cotswolds or another known safe house. He went to Spain instead.
