Park staff @CarolinaBeachNC State Park are conducting a prescribed burn today (2/16) near Snow’s Cut Trail & Loop 2 of the campground. 🔥Trails & service roads in this area are closed Fires of this type benefit wildlife, habitats & reduce wildfire threat. The park is open.

Monday, April 26 park staff will conduct a controlled burn resulting in the closure of numerous trails shaded in red. 🚷Hikers are encouraged to use the Fitness Trail or Snows Cut Trails for their daily walks. Park facilities operate as normal, however smoky conditions may exist.
