And THAT is why you do not ignore Haaland when you play FPL. Who gives a fuck of he's "too" expensive? You build the team around him, budget elsewhere because like it or not, everyone else is going to have Haaland and more often than not, he will be their Captain too.
Saka Havertz returning again. No surprises there, we all know their quality, it’s just a matter of fitting players in within the allowed budget.
Haaland but no Salah draft
2FTs used - Winks and Solanke OUT, Smith Rowe and Wissa IN. Targeting the ‘good’ fixtures.
The 5FTs allows us to play around with players much more this season as compared to previously where picks would have to be more thought out and longer term.
No Salah, no Haaland draft looking decent.
2FTs this week: Bowen and Fraser OUT, Mbuemo and Wissa IN.
Bowen facing City (A) this week and wanting to capitalize on Brentford’s good fixture led to a Brentford attack double up. With Toney gone, both become very good options.
We are LOCKED in for GW3!
Quite a few difficult fixtures for my team, especially with Kudus facing City (A), Minteh facing Arsenal (A) and Munoz at Chelsea (A).
Used 2 FTs this week: Nkunku and Isak OUT, Palmer and Stewart IN.
Salah, Haaland, Palmer, TAA ✅
Feeling left out having Fabio Carvalho as my £5.0m option instead of Rogers. Oh wait, he's just gone down to £4.9m. Great!
How do y'all always remember to screenshot your teams before the game goes into processing 😂 my amateur ass could never
Wait I slept early last night, I knew Arsenal were in for Liverpool's ex-winger but WHO is that on the bench
Selling Isak was never going to feel nice, especially right before he faces a Postecoglou Spurs side. Add in that his replacement is a £4.5m fodder 😬
But the upside of doing a straight Nkunku->Palmer was too good to ignore, especially given Chelsea's run of fixtures. Palmer (C)
Well well well…very interesting.
With just 1 game to go in GW1, no Salah no Haaland draft (even with £2.0m in the bank) looks clear of the rest!
Decent performances all across, all 3 scores above average but it’ll be interesting to see how the next few weeks pan out for each
