Good process, healthy green. Think I nailed the bench order, Cala losing his defcon was ππ½
Now all eyes on Cala midweek, set to roll 4fts into the IB.
GW9 Team
(C) Haaland (V) Palmer
Rolling 2 -> 3 fts
Bearish on the Ars assets this GW albeit the threat of the high EO but comfortable with this set-up.

Strange week a green arrow with banking a -1, 0, 1, 1, 1, 2.
Bruno benching and my transfer timing were hindsight optimal.
With so much uncertainty around injuries and minutes, I'll most likely roll my 2 FTs into GW10 and take 3 forward.
Bruno benched! Cartel π
GW8 Team
Made two transfers early to catch the price rise for Boomo.
Bruno, Olusesi --> Boomo, Rogers
Rolling last FT
Thinking here is that Szob might be back sooner than expected and Boomo playing #9 allows me to double up on CHE attack. Thus, Bruno has to make way ππ½

DCL to take me to the promise land

It's been a minute! Back with a combined GW5 review and GW6 preview. Let's get back to it.
The Wildcard didn't quite deliver the dream start, with 39 points and a fat red arrow down to 389k heading into the international break. Not ideal, but I'm still happy with the structure and confident in the long term plan.

π Transfers: 2 FT, rolling.
Bruno gets the armband against Spurs, with Haaland facing Liverpool away. I'm rolling the transfer to take three into the next Gameweek and keep my options open.
Back to the grind. Trust the process.

π International Break Injuries and Beneficiaries
π΄ Alex Scott ~2 months
π What it means: Ryan Christie sees more minutes. DEFCON King last season, at Β£5.0 could be a fantastic pick.
π΄ Kai Havertz ~1 month
π What it means: Viktor GyΓΆkeres starts up front. Some fantastic fixtures to come for Arsenal, with their next 3 home games v Leeds, Everton and Hull. GyΓΆkeres got his first 2 league goals in the PL v Leeds at H last season. Only Β£7.1m, penalties a possibility!
π΄ Tzolis ~2-3 weeks
π What it means: Eze starts at LW. He started here away v Napoli and I expect that to continue in the weeks Tzolis misses. Β£6.2m, nice differential.
π΄ Ezri Konsa ~1-2 weeks
πWhat it means: Mosquera is reported to be back available for selection, which would mean a straight swap. Alternatively, Timber (who is also available) may fill in with White, also available, at RB, but unlikely.
π΄ Dan Ballard ~potentially months
π What it means: dependent on formation, but Omar Alderete at Β£4.8m probably benefits.
π΄ Brian Brobbey ~few weeks
π What it means: Wilson Isidor gets the nod up front. Isidor had a productive Int break for Haiti, producing 5 G/A. Β£5.5m enabler?
π΄ Cody Gakpo ~few weeks
π What it means: Bradley Barcola xMins get a big boost. Hasnβt really hit it off yet, Β£8.0m. Knock on effect for Victor Munoz and Rio Ngumoha?

Didn't feel like using my 2fts just before the IB, bringing in Haaland and restructuring early due to JP injury. GL All!
Robbed!
The second goal of Leeds' 4-1 win over Newcastle in the Premier League has been accredited to Dominic Calvert-Lewin after an appeal by the club.

GW4 review, sensational week ππ½
Highlight being DCL who keept me afloat with the WC3'ers!
Next with WC7 in mind, plan is to roll next week and take 3fts into the IB...

Transfers: Maguire > Konsa, rolled the other.
Made a transfer early in the week to move for Konsa and sold Maguire as he was dropping in price. The EV for Konsa in the next few GWs is just too much to not go there at Β£4.4m.
TC Palmer this week. Haaland GW16 currently projects around 0.5β0.6 EV higher, but thatβs three months away. So much can change between now and then. Iβm happy sacrificing a little projected EV for the opportunity thatβs actually in front of me now.
