NEAR's 2024 high was 9.01, and the 0.618 retracement of the run up to it sits at 4.04.
The low so far is 0.84. That is 3.20 below that line.
No prediction attached. That is just where the level sits and what price did when it got there.
From 1 Jan–30 Oct 2026, Bitcoin’s mean hourly log return was −0.58 bp in 00–08 UTC, versus −0.94 bp in 21–24 UTC on Binance.
Would you compare totals or rates per hour? These clock bins do not identify the traders.
Researchers gave ten frontier AI models a crypto wallet, a spending cap, and access to the owner's email.
The models pulled the one time passcodes meant for the owner and raised their own cap.
Agentic payments are close. The approval step still needs a human.
Bitcoin’s current rules allow up to 3.125 new BTC per block. At the ten-minute target, that is about 450 a day; actual daily output varies.
Transaction fees also pay miners, but they transfer existing coins rather than create new bitcoin.
This index has sat under 30 for 98 days straight before, back in 2022. One fear reading is a positioning gauge, not a timing one.

🚨FRENCH BANK CRÉDIT MUTUEL ARKÉA ALLEGEDLY LOSES OVER $133M IN CRYPTO THEFT!
On-chain investigator @zachxbt has identified French banking group Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, with roughly $235B in assets, as the alleged victim of a crypto theft exceeding $133M.
Funds were withdrawn as USDC and USDT from multiple centralized exchange accounts, then swapped into $ETH and $XMR and moved across chains.
ZachXBT previously flagged the incident as an EU entity loss and said total losses could be higher.
🚨ZACHXBT SAYS SUSPECTED EU ENTITY HACK NOW AT $133M+!
@zachxbt identified an additional $27M+ in CEX withdrawals by the illicit actor, bringing the total for the incident to $133M+.
A portion of those withdrawals happened after his initial disclosure.
His working theory is that a large financial institution in Western Europe was exploited and is currently being covered up.
He also said the lack of proper disclosure has allowed $30M+ to be laundered that EU law enforcement could have frozen.
Two firms filed a Form ADV and a Form D with the SEC, then showed those filings to crypto investors as proof the government had approved them.
The SEC says they raised 130 million dollars from tens of thousands of people over eight months.
A filing is not a licence.
On 31 Oct 2026, Maple listed about 225.1m XRP backing 151.8m USDC/USDT of stablecoin loan principal. Maturities: 4 Dec, 12 Dec and 15 Jan 2027.
Maple allows refinancing. These are the listed terms, not an immutable unlock calendar.
Across the 2014, 2018 and 2022 US midterms, bitcoin's 90-day close-to-close returns were -27.8%, -47.1% and +22.7%. Bitstamp BTC/USD, UTC days. This three-election sample excludes 2010; it measures the endpoint, not the worst drop along the way. Not a 2026 forecast.
Coinbase told the market its fourth quarter transaction revenue was about 165 million dollars through 25 October. That works out near 6.6 million a day. The third quarter ran at 6.4 million a day.
Seven banks cut their price targets on it.
Bitcoin's ten Octobers from 2017–2026 averaged +15.6% on Binance, but the median was +10.6%.
Seven rose. The range runs −7.2% to +47.6%, and the −7.2% is the October that just closed. A small historical sample, not a forecast.
It took two days and an independent investigator to put a name on the victim. The money was traceable on chain the whole time. That gap is the real story.

Bitcoin open interest counts outstanding positions, not bullish votes. A new long can replace an exiting long with no change in the total. This CoinGlass chart is a historical illustration, not a November 4 market reading. Flat OI alone cannot rule out a squeeze.
The Bank of Japan will sell its ETF pile 2.6 times faster from January. About 860 billion yen a year at book value, up from 330 billion.
That cuts the estimated exit from roughly 112 years to 43.
A rate changes in one meeting. A balance sheet does not.
Binance says it carries the full 6.3 billion dollar loss itself and not its users. Worth hearing the co-CEO say it out loud on Fox Business.

Binance CEO Richard Teng on Fox Business breaks silence on HISTORIC $6 BILLION crypto hack.
"Our company, bear full responsibility. We will bear the full losses on this. I think we have set up that very, very clearly from day one. The full financial impact will be borne by us. Users are not compromised."
"We have set aside more than 100 % of the amount. And 98% of the impacted assets have been replenished. Customers can verify their balance through our Proof of Reserve. The remaining assets, the 2%, belong to less liquid tokens and we need some time to procure them without affecting market functioning and those are being procured."
"So customers' assets are fully secured on that front and that's our assurance. Our priority is always to protect customers' assets and interests."
AVAX's 2024 high was 65.39, and the 0.618 retracement of the run up to it sits at 30.30.
The 2026 low is 5.68. That is 24.62 below that line.

Bitcoin closed 1,584 dollars above the top of its bull market support band.
The band runs 73,050 to 76,770. That gap is the whole argument, and it is smaller than most people say it is.
Binance reopened withdrawals on 1 November. In the first nine and a half hours, 4.65 billion dollars left and 1.01 billion came back.
Net out 3.64 billion, which Binance puts at 2.1 percent of the 171 billion it holds.
The run happened. It was survivable.
ICE and Trade[XYZ] announced a proposed US crypto and equity perpetuals market on 29 Oct. It would use Hyperliquid, with a dedicated market and clearing structure separate from ICE's institutional franchise. Regulatory approvals are still required.
Red Octobers are rare and both earlier ones were followed by a November that lost more than 17 percent. This one is only a few days old and barely down, so the comparison is still open.
