Fuck you @ossoff ! You sound like a blue MAGA here
Do you support the Green New Deal? Ossoff [smugly]: no Do you support Medicare for All? Ossoff [smugly]: no Do you support abolishing ICE? Ossoff [smugly]: no Any poll that has Jon Ossoff or Gavin Newsom as more likely to win a general election over AOC is a junk poll.

Never Osoff for President.
Jon Ossoff should never be the democratic nominee for president. @TrackAIPAC

This answer would’ve been fine in 2024 but now just sounds like he’s mealymouthing. The only answer the base will take to this question rn is an unequivocal “yes”
.@jonfavs: Would you restrict weapons sales at all [to Israel]? Shapiro: America sells weapons to lots of countries...and should those nations violate the terms of the sales, they would no longer be permitted to purchase those weapons. I think Israel should be treated as other nations are.

Ossoff attended Georgetown where he studied under Professor Michael Oren, former Israeli Ambassador to the U.S., former Officer in the IDF. Oren's Letter of Recommendation helped Ossoff get accepted into the London School of Economic for his Graduate Studies. These are facts!!!
This I DID NOT KNOW! He’s AIPAC TOO? WHY FOR FUCKS SAKE?

🚨After a huge backlash against their attempt to punish @LeverNews reporters, @MajorityDems' executive director appears here to be agreeing to let our journalists cover their meeting with top Dems. We haven't yet received the credentials, but I assume we will - and I genuinely appreciate it, Rohan. I hope everyone can avoid Trump-style tactics of targeting reporters for retribution. That should be at least something we agree on. Thanks to all of the @LeverNews readers who support our work. We will be reporting from Denver next week. If our reporters don't get press access as promised, I'll let everyone know - but again, I assume we will. Onward.
What’s Next is over capacity and we have said no to friends, family and press. But we don’t want anyone, even those who label our elected leaders/staff/candidates fascists, to distract from a gathering of leaders from around the country. We will make a credential available to a Lever employee. WhatsNext2026.com will be live streamed, widely covered and I couldn’t be more excited about the lineup.

There is a fascist wing of the Democratic Party and billionaire teat suckers like Matt are running it. The Lever's reporting has won multiple awards and has led to multiple Congressional investigations. Matt and his colleagues are just cowards and are too chickenshit to say it.
“All of the public” there are thousand of attendees from every wing of the party attending. My phone has been blowing up all day with people saying they’re excited to come — none of them billionaires. As for sham outlets not given credentials, whole event will be live streamed.

Yes Mark, the Israeli lobby won the argument with their lies & led us into this war. Last Tuesday the American people expressed their rage at this foolish war & voted for us to get out of it. It’s time to tune out the lobbyists & listen to the American people & end the war.
Secretary Rubio on April 1, 2026: “We were on the verge of an Iran that had so many missiles and so many drones that no one could do anything about their nuclear weapons program in the future.” Rubio called that prospect: “An intolerable risk.” He argued Iran could not be permitted to protect its nuclear ambitions behind an overwhelming arsenal of conventional weapons. realclearpolitics.com/video/…

Hakeem Jeffries had a private meeting with one of the most corrupt members of the Trump family. And people wonder why some Democrats are pushing back against his nomination. I love the idea of having the first Black Speaker of the House, but representation alone isn’t enough. Shouldn’t we want a Black Speaker who actually fights for working people, challenges corporate power, and stands against the war machine rather than serving those interests? Representation should mean something beyond symbolism.

I’m ‘mad’ because your shtick is maddening. Even people who agree with your politics are fed up with your incessant posting since Tuesday and endless snarky attacks on progressives, and nonsense about moderation and elections. And it’s not irrelevant to point out that candidates who shared your politics lost two out of 3 times to Trump. Have some humility when it comes to lecturing others on electability and posting endless context free graphs about ‘performance.’
Ro Khanna said something factually inaccurate. I pointed out that it was factually inaccurate. Mehdi Hasan gets mad at me for some reason and points out irrelevantly that Hillary Clinton and Kamala Harris both lost.

Anyone who has camped in serious rain knows how miserable it can be, especially when your attempts to keep the rain out fail. All you want is to feel dry again. When it’s cold it’s exponentially worse. When you’re with your kids, you feel awful for them as they shiver. Now imagine the tent is your forced home, the water keeps rising, and there’s nowhere to go to get dry or warm.
I admit that I completely broke down today. I cried uncontrollably. I couldn’t hold myself together after witnessing what I saw with my own eyes. Today, we went to film a journalistic report inside the displacement tents along the seashore. I swear, what we witnessed was beyond what any human being should have to endure. I saw men crying bitterly. Men I had never seen cry when they lost their children or when their homes were destroyed. Today, I saw them crying because they were powerless to do the simplest thing: protect their children from the water and the cold. We spoke to families who told us they had spent the entire night carrying their children in their arms after floodwater covered the floors of their tents and soaked their mattresses. They couldn’t find a single dry place to put their children. They couldn’t even give them a few hours of sleep. I saw children no older than five, without proper clothes to protect them from the cold, without heating, and without a dry place to sleep. Children shivering inside tents that cannot keep out the rain, protect them from the wind, or provide even the most basic sense of safety. What more must happen for this world to act? How much more suffering must people endure before someone remembers that they are human beings? I am sick of this world. I am sick of its hypocrisy and empty slogans. To hell with a world that talks endlessly about human rights while leaving children to drown inside their tents. To hell with everyone who has witnessed this suffering and chosen silence, and to hell with the governments and institutions that have the power to act but continue to turn their backs on us.

In addition to not supporting Medicare for All, abolishing ICE or expanding the courts, Ossoff voted for the Laken Riley Act, to fund ICE multiple times, regularly votes in favor of funding Israel and even holds up to $15,000 in Israeli bonds. He’s a liberal, not a progressive.
Here's the clip in HD because it's looking like we'll be using it a lot Jon Ossoff doesn't support the Green New Deal, he doesn't support Medicare for All, he doesn't support Abolishing ICE He voted to fund ICE, and to give them the power to jail anyone without due process

All kinds of retribution. He'll try to put you on a bad committee where you have no leverage. He'll make sure no money goes to your district. He'll make sure your legislation never gets a floor vote and will work to block others from co-sponsoring it. Basically, he'll try to make you a pariah in Congress. So I understand why new members would be afraid to go against him! But flip side is - anyone who does do it will be an instant hero nationally and can use that popular power to overcome whatever retribution Jeffries does.
Replying to @saikatc
Serious question: could you explain the “risk” of coming out in opposition to Jeffries?

These people are in tents because of our tax dollars, our bombs, the absolute moral failure of both parties to act towards justice or to even follow the desires of their own constituents.
Gaza: 70,000 tents flooded within 12 hours of the first winter storm, leaving tens of thousands of displaced Palestinians exposed to the elements. According to Palestinian media sources in Gaza: Around 70,000 tents sheltering tens of thousands of displaced Palestinians were flooded within just 12 hours of the first winter storm. Dozens of walls collapsed, causing injuries of varying severity, including serious injuries, across the Gaza Strip. Warnings have been issued about dozens of structurally damaged buildings, weakened by Israeli bombardment during the genocidal war, that are at risk of collapsin

These numbers are going up, by the way: A Democratic House staffer told me their office got nearly 800 calls about Jeffries on Friday alone. Most of the staffers I'm talking to describe this as the most call volume they've ever experienced. axios.com/2026/11/06/jeffrie…

lots of public pressure from the voters, they haven’t forgotten the last two years and the lack of fight from top level dems. makes sense why they’d demand change.

Ro Khanna says Democratic politicians won't call Gaza a genocide because it's "the red line for a lot of AIPAC and AIPAC-affiliated money," calling for "standing up against the genocide in Gaza, standing up for zero aid to Israel and against military sales to Israel."

🇫🇷 French presidential candidate Jean-Luc Mélenchon pledged Saturday that, if elected, French navy ships would escort citizen flotillas trying to break Israel's blockade of Gaza “if necessary." "We will act head-on to help the Palestinians, against both the genocide in Gaza and the gradual annexation of the West Bank," Mélenchon, the leader of the left-wing party La France Insoumise, said at a rally at Le Bourget, near Paris, where he presented his program for the 2027 election. He said France would not accept Israel's "gradual annexation" of the West Bank, southern Lebanon or the Golan Heights.
#Melenchon2027 #JLMBourget
