The following command lines to compute intersection or subtraction of two files (using GNU grep and probably others) deserve to be better known:
fgrep -x -f PFILE FILE
→ returns the lines of FILE also found in PFILE
fgrep -v -x -f PFILE FILE
→ returns those not found in PFILE

On GitHub, I wish you could review parts of the code that haven't changed.
Maybe this was an intentional product choice, the idea being that unchanged lines aren't relevant to the PR.
But sometimes they are relevant precisely because they *should* have changed.

Can someone explain to me why a serological study with a large, random sample has apparently not been done anywhere yet? I don't understand why it hasn't been done a long time ago, but there has to be a reason, so I would like to know what it is.
