The team kept that testing going with Friday's NFP challenge, open to anyone who wanted to take part.
In leveraged trading generally, price can swing both ways around releases like NFP. Even if you get the eventual direction right, a move against you can still reach your liquidation threshold along the way.
From a liquidation rescue to price back above my entry, with the same position still open after protection ended. That was my $ETH long on @FX100Perp's testnet during the challenge. Quite a turnaround 🛡️
The team also highlighted another option this week: adding margin can still be possible after crossing the liquidation threshold while protected.
Traders may have a few more weeks to keep exploring FX100 on testnet. The team has tentatively pointed to late October for the testnet to finish, if things go as expected.
