so, nasdaq investing $100m into Payward feels like something whose broader implications haven’t fully sunk in yet. look at what @Payward has been assembling: @xStocksFi/@BackedFi for bringing equities onchain, @NinjaTrader for futures distribution, @Bitnomial for regulated derivatives, @reapglobal for payments and cards. this is an integrated financial platform taking shape the investment is meaningful, but the alignment matters more than its size. imo, the most interesting read is that nasdaq itself potentially sees onchain tokenized equities becoming a substantial part of the equities market, and sees Payward as strategically important to building that future. pure speculation, but the significance could be considerably larger than the $100m PWO.
Nasdaq Ventures is investing $100M in Payward as we advance tokenization together with the @Nasdaq Equity Token (NET) framework. Equities on-chain only works if it's built to institutional standard from day one. We're building it with the company that's run public market infrastructure for decades. → payward.com/press-release/pa…

Ink Brokers started as a productive NFT collection. In less than two weeks, it added RWA trading, QUOTRONS routing and now a launchpad where every launch can feed the Broker economy. I went through INKSIDER and its first live market. Here's what the new model actually changes. The evolution is starting to look deliberate. Broker NFTs ↓ productive seats The Floor ↓ RWA trading QUOTRONS integration ↓ more liquidity routes INKSIDER ↓ token creation + bonding curves + RWA pairs The important part is that these products are not isolated. INKSIDER creates another place where activity can happen, while part of that activity flows back to the same Broker economy. The first live test was $PMPK. It launched against $ETH, filled its 2 $ETH curve, graduated, opened a pool and locked the liquidity. In its first hour it generated more than 12 $ETH in volume and around 275 trades. That does not prove product-market fit. It proves the mechanism works. The next test is whether outside creators want to use it. A creator can choose: $ETH $INKBROKER or a tokenized stock like $NVDAx, $TSLAx or $AAPLx The token trades immediately on a bonding curve. When the curve fills: raise + reserved supply ↓ pool opens ↓ liquidity locked forever During the curve, the base fee is 1%. 20% goes to the creator. 80% goes to the Desk. Two thirds of the Desk share goes to the 4,444 Broker seats, with the rest going to treasury. So roughly 53.3% of the base trading fee flows toward Broker holders. There is also a launch fee and 5% of the raise goes to the Desk at graduation. Creators can add a fixed 0-10% tax that continues after graduation. So: external creator ↓ new token ↓ external traders ↓ fees ↓ Desk ↓ Broker economy And this is where INKSIDER becomes more interesting than another meme launchpad. The pair itself can be an RWA. A token can trade against $NVDAx, $TSLAx or $AAPLx instead of only $ETH. That does not mean it is backed by NVIDIA, Tesla or Apple. It means its market is priced against a tokenized share. Users can also pay using assets The Floor already knows how to route. Now the pieces start connecting. The Floor handles access. QUOTRONS adds another liquidity rail. INKSIDER creates new markets. $INKBROKER can become a pair inside them. The Desk connects activity back to Brokers. The market seems to be noticing that difference too. The general floor had fallen near 0.007 $ETH while T2, T3 and T4 stayed much stronger. After INKSIDER was announced, demand returned, the floor moved near 0.021 $ETH and T4 moved toward 0.4-0.5 $ETH. Interesting. But price is not the thesis. The product is. Ink Brokers isn't trying to make one product generate more volume. It is building more places where volume can happen. NFT trading + $INKBROKER activity + RWA trading + external liquidity + token launches ↓ fees ↓ Desk ↓ productive Broker seats There are still clear risks. Public third-party launches are not open yet. $PMPK is the founder's first controlled test. RWA pairs depend on third-party token contracts. And none of these fee streams matter if users stop trading. So the real test begins when outside creators can launch and outside traders keep coming back. Ink Brokers started with productive NFTs. Now it is trying to build an ecosystem where more external activity can feed those same productive seats. If INKSIDER attracts creators who never owned an Ink Broker, does the NFT remain the product, or does it become the economic seat underneath a broader financial platform?
A few days ago I compared QUOTRONS and Ink Brokers and asked whether the rails and the venue could grow together. We got an answer faster than I expected. Ink Brokers integrated QUOTRONS' v4 pools into The Floor. That changes the thesis. Here's why it matters for both sides. When I compared them, the difference was simple. QUOTRONS was building infrastructure. Ink Brokers was building the user-facing venue. Now those two layers are connected. Every trade through The Floor can quote both QUOTRONS' hooked v4 pools and the existing v3 markets on Ink in the same block. The router measures both paths and fills where execution is better. Trader ↓ The Floor ↓ quotes multiple venues ↓ best available route ↓ tokenized stock And these are real RWA markets: solana:Xsc9qvGR1efVDFGLrVsmkzv3qi45LTBjeUKSPmx9qEh, solana:XsbEhLAtcf6HdfpFZ5xEMdqW8nfAvcsP5bdudRLJzJp, solana:XsDoVfqeBukxuZHWhdvWHBhgEHjGNst4MLodqsJHzoB, $SPYx, solana:XsCPL9dNWBMvFtTmwcCA5v3xWPSMEBCszbQdiLLq6aN and solana:Xs3eBt7uRfJX8QUs4suhyU8p2M6DoUDrJyWBa8LLZsg among them. This matters for Ink Brokers because it answers one of the biggest questions I had about The Floor: Why would a trader use it if the underlying assets already exist elsewhere? The answer is becoming clearer. The Floor doesn't need to replace every venue. It can aggregate them. A user can arrive with $ETH, let the router handle the path, compare available liquidity and reach the stock in one transaction. solana:XsCPL9dNWBMvFtTmwcCA5v3xWPSMEBCszbQdiLLq6aN and solana:Xs3eBt7uRfJX8QUs4suhyU8p2M6DoUDrJyWBa8LLZsg also expand the set through QUOTRONS' v4 side. And Broker ownership now has a more direct job inside that flow. The public fee starts at 0.30%, while higher Broker tiers reduce the cost, reaching 0% for Partner seats. So the NFT isn't only positioned to receive value from the ecosystem. It can also improve the economics of using the product itself. But QUOTRONS gains something equally important. Its thesis gets stronger when other products use its infrastructure without requiring users to visit the QUOTRONS front end. That is exactly what this integration demonstrates. External interface ↓ routes through QUOTRONS ↓ volume reaches the v4 pools ↓ hooks execute ↓ QUOTRONS infrastructure becomes productive This is composability becoming practical. QUOTRONS provides rails. Ink Brokers provides routing, UX and distribution. The integration didn't make them more similar. It made their differences more useful. The market reacted quickly. Ink Brokers moved from roughly 0.0073 $ETH to around 0.017 $ETH after the announcement before retracing, while volume pushed the collection into OpenSea's trending section. Interesting, but price isn't the real test. The real test starts now. Does The Floor attract recurring traders? How much order flow actually reaches QUOTRONS? Does routing across venues improve execution enough for users to return? And do Broker discounts create a real reason to own the NFT beyond speculation? An integration is not product-market fit. A router is only as valuable as the flow it attracts. Structurally, Ink Brokers is no longer just building another RWA trading page. It's moving toward an access layer that can aggregate liquidity underneath it. And QUOTRONS is no longer only talking about being infrastructure other builders can use. Another product is now actually using it. A few days ago the question was: rails or venue? Today I think the better framework is: QUOTRONS ↓ financial infrastructure Ink Brokers ↓ access + routing + distribution If The Floor can bring users while QUOTRONS provides part of the infrastructure underneath them, are we still watching two NFT projects compete, or are we watching an onchain financial stack begin to form?

The market's heating up and I'm circling names to add exposure to. fBOMB from @MCLBxfBOMB has been on my radar for a long time. I farmed it years ago, when the LP incentives on those pairs were absurd. I think it trades as a beta to ETH: same direction, but with way more aggressive swings. Just look at @DefiLlama's chart. It's insane. For anyone who doesn't know it, fBOMB runs a circular setup (also in love with @flyingtulip_ 's one). Treasury positions in Solidly forks farm yield, that yield builds voting power, and several burn mechanics feed back into the token. Some parts of their docs are two years old, but if everything still works the same way, I think it could have a nice run alongside ETH. Also, surprisingly, ve(3,3) DEXs have been doing pretty well lately, and that matters a lot for the thesis.

I’ve been incredibly excited for this announcement for a while. Amalfi has grown into an incredible industry leader, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support their clients with real-time deposits for the first time in the industry. This is exactly the kind of experience we built Keeta to enable, and I’m excited to see it come to life.
