A crisis indeed. 900,000 without a dr, 1000 more physicians needed now. Another 1200 physicians are retiring over next 10 yrs. Further, 1 in 3 health care workers and 35% nurses plan to quit in next 2 yrs. We desperately need leadership. @jht4x4 @ReneeMerrifiel3
