Gnosis Pay is operating out of Europe which means they must be compliant with GDPR which includes security requirements proportionate to the risks
The impact on affected users is far worse then just KYC data as wallet addresses and even IBANs were breached - so hackers know exactly who is rich and who is not and how to get to them
Gnosis Pay need to bare with the consequences of this hack and affected users deserve answers on how it happened
If you require KYC - you must adequately protect the data you collect

We had a data breach affecting the system powering Gnosis Pay-branded cards (our B2C business line) that resulted in the exposure of certain customer information.
Everyone affected was sent an email today with full information.
We deeply regret that this happened. While funds were not affected, the security of personal information is just as important and we take full responsibility.
Additional measures are in place until the B2C platform involved is fully retired as planned on 20 December 2026. In the meantime we encourage everyone to be even more vigilant. We will never ask for your PIN or seed phrase, or ask you to move funds.

Today, Russia expressed its thanks for the lifting of sanctions on diesel exports by dropping five glide bombs on residential buildings in Zaporizhzhia. As of now, sadly, twelve people have been confirmed killed, including three children. My condolences to all their families and loved ones. Another fourteen people have been injured, and two of them are in critical condition – the doctors are fighting to save their lives. The status of twelve more people who may have been there is still being verified. All emergency services are at the scene, and search-and-rescue operations are underway. Overnight, thirteen of our regions came under attack. Residential buildings, infrastructure, and railway facilities have been damaged.
Last night confirmed once again that in Russia, they take any easing of pressure to mean they can keep fighting, to mean they can keep dropping bombs on cities. Different signals are needed. Russia must understand that it needs to stop the war, and for that to happen, Russia must feel its losses. Right now, it is our long-range capabilities that are ensuring this. And we will respond to Russian strikes. I thank everyone who is helping.

Over the last 2 months, the Fake World Assets protocol has bought and burned 2.5% of the FWA token supply.
In the last 3 days alone, the protocol bought and distributed 1% of the token to purchasers.
The current distribution of tokens bought by the protocol are:
- 20% to depositors
- 60% to purchasers
- 20% burned
I think we've balanced a lot of the mechanisms with V2, especially with the introduction of the Punk Lister. I am proposing we change the token split to be more aggressive toward buying and burning:
- 5% to depositors
- 5% to purchasers
- 90% burned
