All of the stats and history of the Charlotte Hornets circa 88-02 are now recognized by the NBA as belonging to Charlotte. If it happened in Charlotte, it belongs to Charlotte. If it happened in New Orleans it belongs to New Orleans. This isn't hard to understand.

Nearly every defamation suit you see out there clearly won’t advance past the pleadings stage or an anti-SLAPP motion. But, this one is actually well pled and, if true, could reasonably state a defamation case.
